Shipping policy

We ship via USPS and UPS. Each order will receive a tracking number. Ready to ship items will ship within the turnaround timeframe stated in the announcement banner at the top of the website. Pre-sale items will specify shipping timeframes, typically about 14- 21 business days after closing date. If you purchase ready to ship items in the same transaction as pre orders, none will ship until the preorder turnaround time. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are providing accurate shipping information when purchasing. Refunds will NOT be given in the event that a customer provides incorrect shipping address info, or for claims of not receiving package when tracking says delivered. Any issues with delivery need to be addressed to your local post office. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, not claimed, no forwarding address, etc. you will be refunded for the price of products, but not the price of shipping. Your order is cancelled at that point, we will not resend the package. We will combine orders if we are able to. Shipping rates may change. PROCESSING TIMES

CURRENT TURNAROUND for ready to ship items is up to 3 business days after purchase. PRE-ORDER items will ship up to 14-21 business days after pre-sale closes. BUSINESS DAYS ARE COUNTED MONDAY-FRIDAY, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. FOR EXAMPLE, IF AN ORDER PLACED ON A THURSDAY, THE 3RD BUSINESS DAY IS THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. If ready to ship items are ordered with pre-sale items, none will ship until the pre-sale items are ready to ship. Please order ready to ship separately to avoid delay. Delivery timeframes will vary based on transit. Any issues with delivery should be addressed with your local post office. We don't have additional information about packages in transit besides the tracking information on USPS & UPS website.
